    A 4x2x1 ft garden bed will require roughly 8 cubic feet of soil mix. A 6x3x1 ft garden bed will require roughly 18 cubic feet of soil mix. A 8x4x1 ft garden bed will require roughly 32 cubic feet of soil mix.

    Yes. A bottomless raised garden bed allows excess water to drain out of the soil, preventing waterlogging and soil compaction. This improves soil aeration, which is essential for healthy plant growth.
